Orders and shipping

Free standard shipping applies to contiguous-US orders over $75. Processing is usually 1–3 business days for in-stock luggage and bags. See the Shipping Policy.

Returns

Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Bags and accessories are $12.95 to return; luggage is $24.95. Gift cards and personalized pieces are final sale. Full rules: Returns and Refund Policy.

Airline carry-on size

Always confirm your airline’s current sizer. Product pages list dimensions for carry-ons and personal-item bags such as the Luka Duffel. We cannot guarantee a bag will fit every carrier.

Warranty

Manufacturing defects on zippers, handles, and shells are reviewed case by case. Email photos and your order number to support@calpaktraveles.com.
