Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) before using the calpaktraveles website. The site is operated by calpaktraveles. By accessing or using the site, placing an order for luggage, bags, or travel organizers, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age. This is a general-audience store and is not directed to children.

Acceptance of terms

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and calpaktraveles. We may update them by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms. Additional terms may apply to VIT Rewards, gift cards, or a specific promotion.

Use of the website

You may browse collections, view product details, and purchase products for personal use. You may not attempt to access accounts that are not yours, probe or disrupt the site, scrape product data with bots except for publicly available pages used in a reasonable manner, or interfere with checkout. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.

Products and purchases

Product titles, images, colors, and dimensions describe luggage and bags such as Luka, Terra, and Ambeur as accurately as possible. Colors can vary by screen. We may correct pricing, inventory, or description errors and cancel an affected order. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the goods to the carrier.

All purchases are made under a shipment contract. You are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for lost or damaged packages after they leave our facility. Promotional sale prices and compare-at prices are shown on product pages and are subject to change.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Returns and Refund Policy. Gift cards, personalized items, and final-sale items may be excluded from returns.

Intellectual property

The calpaktraveles name, logo, site design, photographs, and copy are owned by calpaktraveles or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from site content without written permission. Product names such as Luka, Terra, Ambeur, and Colette refer to merchandise we sell and remain as labeled on product pages.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, calpaktraveles disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Product warranties, if any, are described at purchase or in a product insert and do not change these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, calpaktraveles is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of the site or products, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify calpaktraveles against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer law in your place of residence applies. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
